Duties

International customers outside of Indonesia are responsible for all custom/duty fees within their own countries.

Any price that Hero Sisters quotes does not include any international duties.

Who's responsible

Once your item has been shipped and you have received your confirmation email with tracking number, Hero Sisters is no longer responsible for the item shipped.

If problems occur please contact shipping agent and your local post office.

IF YOUR PARCEL IS NOT COLLECTED FROM YOUR END OR THE WRONG ADDRESS IS GIVEN AND YOUR PARCEL IS RETURNED TO SENDER WE WILL ADVISE YOU AND HAPPILY RE FORWARD YOUR PARCEL AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE.
